Filmmaker Sajid Khan, who recently got evicted from the Bigg Boss 16 house, will be seen joining Salman Khan on stage this weekend ka vaar. The Heyy Babyy director shot for the episode on Friday and interacted with the media. During his interaction with the photographers, Sajid Khan talked about the reason behind doing the show and his journey inside Bigg Boss 16.
"There are many memories from the house. I have learned to wash utensils and have improved my skills (laughs). People have messaged that they liked my journey in the Bigg Boss 16 house. The show gave me a lot of respect and the way they ended my journey and planned my exit. I was touched," he said.

Sajid opened up about the reason behind taking up the show, "The reason I said yes to do the show was I wanted to connect with the audience. I wanted to show the audience my real side. The show’s format is such that you can fake your personality for 10-15 days but you can’t act for 107 days. Duniya ka sabse bada actor bhi dikh jaayega how he is as a human inside the show. I wanted to connect with people. I have been in the industry for the last 27 years and just wish that I keep working till I am alive. I have worked on cable TV."

When reminded he was called the mastermind of the Mandali, he said, "There is no mastermind. There are people, who feel that the show is scripted, but I have stayed in the house for 107 days and trust me, there is nothing scripted on the show. The fights that happen are also real, sometimes few contestants do go overboard for footage. Mentally, I kept myself strong and decided that whoever throws stones at me, I will throw flowers at them. I felt humour is something that can win over anyone. I wanted to win everyone’s heart and I did that I believe. When I was going to enter the show there were people who told me if you don’t fight on Bigg Boss you don’t go ahead in the game. I told them then I better not go because I don’t have the nature to fight. Everyone is like a friend now but yes there were moments when I also lost my cool."

Talking about spending 107 days inside Bigg Boss 16 house, Sajid said, "Yes. The contestants were really good and gracious. They all loved and respected me and I could win their heart. I looked after Abdu, Nimrit, MC Stan, Sumbul, and Shiv like my family. Whoever comes on the show with the motive to win the show never wins it. I never came on the show with the motive to win it. There were few who felt I was faking and was playing a game, but my only aim was to survive in that house and it is very difficult to survive in that house. I did not see the sun for 107 days."
