Woman dragged out of car in Gurugram, slapped for honking

GURUGRAM: A woman was alle- gedly dragged out of her car and slapped repeatedly by a man for honking during a traf- fic snarl near MDI Chowk.
The woman, an executive with a financial firm, said she had suffered injuries to the ear, nose and face in the alleged assault. Police are trying to identify the accused from CCTV footage and the car registration number provided by the woman.
The woman said in her complaint that she was stuck in the snarl at MDI Chowk around 9.30am on Tuesday and her honking had angered the driver of the car that was ahead. "As the jam cleared, the accused tailed my car. Soon, he overtook me and blocked the way on the MDI Chowk flyover. He then dragged me out of my car and slapped me multiple times. He also threatened to kill me and said he would come to my house to beat me again," the woman mentioned in her complaint.
