Santa Fe's District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies said in a statement that Alec Baldwin and armourer Hannah Gutierrez Reed will be charged with two counts of "involuntary manslaughter".
The prosecutor said that charges will be filed by the end of January.

The film's assistant director David Halls will serve probation for six months after entering a guilty plea.
