Amritsar-Singapore flight leaves behind 30 passengers, DGCA orders probe

In a re-run of Bengaluru airport shocker, a Singapore-Amritsar bound flight left behind as many 30 passengers at the airport after it took off ahead of the scheduled time. The low-cost Scoot airline from Singapore was scheduled to take off from Amritsar at 7 PM Wednesday but the airline rescheduled it between 3-4 PM on Wednesday. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation has ordered a probe in the matter.
