Woman duped of gold bangles

Vadodara: A senior citizen was duped by three men who took away her gold bangles in Padra taluka on Wednesday.
In her complaint, Minakshi Shah told the police that she was on her way home when two men intercepted her and told her that someone wearing gold ornaments on the route ahead was attacked. They asked her to remove her gold bangles and put them in a piece of paper.
When she objected, they insisted and then diverted her attention before taking away her three bangles.
A third fraud too joined the duo and the trio fled the scene on a two-wheeler, she added. tnn
