Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap down start to the session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 2012.7 and a 52-week low of Rs 1130.2 on NSE. Around 11856 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:17PM (IST).

The stock opened at Rs 1237.25 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 1244.4 and Rs 1225.55 during the session so far. The counter quoted a price-to-earnings (PE) ratio of 86.25, earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 14.38 and price to book value (PB) of 5.36, while the return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 4.06.

The promoters held 58.48 per cent stake in the company as of January 18, while FII and MF ownerships stood at 29.94 per cent and 2.67 per cent, respectively.

For the quarter ended 30-Sep-2022, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 369.2 crore, down 13.41 per cent from the previous quarter?s Rs 426.4 crore and down 10.47 per cent from the same quarter a year ago. The company reported net profit of Rs 54.96 crore for the latest quarter, up 53.86 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.
