Shares of Info Edge (India) Ltd. traded 0.28 per cent up at Rs 3720.0 at around 10:56AM (IST) on Wednesday. The stock had closed at Rs 3730.45 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 229.32 points higher at 60885.04 around the same time.


The scrip has declined 30.26 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 1.91 per cent during the same period.

The stock's 52-week high price stood at Rs 5674.95 and the 52-week low price at Rs 3314.0.

Trading volume on the counter stood at 3,860 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 8.73, an EPS value of 426.47 and a price-to-book value of 3.37. In the Nifty50 pack, 28 stocks traded in the green, while 22 stocks were in the red.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 38.05 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2022, while foreign institutional investors and MF ownership stood at 32.72 per cent and 10.27 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 30-Sep-2022, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 726.81 crore, down 16.9 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 874.59 crore and down 77.38 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 409.75 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 103.01 crore for the latest quarter.
