Missing woman traced after four years in Karnataka

Panaji: Almost four years after she was reported missing, Agasaim police on Sunday traced a missing woman to Karnataka. PI Vikram Naik said she had left her husband due to differences with him and that the husband had filed a missing complaint in 2019.
Both of them are from Karnataka, and used to live in a rented room in Agasaim. Police said when the woman went missing, she then changed her mobile number. Police said that as she was not traced, the husband left the state but continue to follow up with the police. “The husband then called one day and said that his wife was seen in Bijapur area. We then got a phone number, and after placing it under surveillance, she was traced,” police said.
