Thiruvananthapuram: Pettah police have intensified search for notorious gangster Om Prakash in connection with the goon attack at Pattoor on Sunday.
During investigation, his mobile tower locations showed him at various cities such as Chennai, Bengaluru and Mumbai. However, the police believe that Om Prakash is still in the city. “We have received clues from the arrested persons about the places where Om Prakash used to hide.
The mobile tower locations showed him in other states. It may not be true as he might have sent people to these cities with his mobile number to mislead police. He will soon be arrested,” said police.
There are eight accused in the case of which three have been arrested now. In the goon attack by Om Prakash and gang, four persons Adithya (34), Nithin (25), Praveen (28) and Tintu Shekhar (25) were injured in the attack.
