Several of LG's decisions illegal in light of 2018 SC order: Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal accused Delhi's lieutenant governor of blocking government funds. The Chief Minister also alleged that several departments stopped payments to the Delhi government three months ahead of the MCD polls."Officials said that they had been unofficially told to do so.
