BJP National President JP Nadda on January 13 paid tribute to former Union Minister Sharad Yadav, who passed away last night. Speaking to the media at Yadav’s residence, BJP Chief Nadda said, “His death has left a void. He fought for social justice throughout his life. He was the voice of poor and backward people, he was an inspiration to all of us.” The stalwart RJD leader passed away on January 12 due to prolonged illness. His daughter Subhashini Sharad Yadav shared the information through a social media post. JP Nadda hailed him as the “voice of poor and backward people”.
