1 new Covid case in city, +vity rate 0.05% now

Gurgaon: One Covid case was reported in the city on Thursday, while the positivity rate was at 0.05%. Gurgaon currently has 12 active cases. The health department collected 1,245 samples and two patients recovered from Covid on Thursday.
December had 46, November recorded 191 cases, and October reported 613 cases. September saw 1,386 Covid infections in the city, while 10,414 and 5,695 patients were infected in August and July, respectively. So far, in Gurgaon 1,031 patients have died of Covid, 705 with comorbidities.
Meanwhile, Haryana has 18 active cases, and the positivity rate is at 1%. On Thursday, two patients recovered from the infection and the health authorities collected 5,269 samples for antigen and RT-PCR tests. Till now, 10,56,590 people have tested positive in Haryana since the beginning of the pandemic. TNN
