Tata Power shares drop 0.22% as Sensex falls

Shares of the . traded at Rs 205.4 on BSE at 12:14PM (IST) on Thursday, down 0.22 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 190.0 and a high of Rs 298.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 25.84 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 7.96 per share and 3.4 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 121,977 shares changed hands on the counter till 12:14PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 65712.16 crore and is part of the Power - Integrated industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 13.57 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 0.09 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 206.85 and Rs 205.0.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 46.86 per cent in the company as of 30-Jun-2022. FII and MF ownership in Tata Power Company Ltd. stood at 10.1 per cent and 3.83 per cent, respectively.
