Listed companies and their subsidiaries will have to disclose how much directors and chief executives earn in their annual reports for the financial years ending on or after Dec. 31, 2024

Singapore’s exchange operator is pressing ahead with rules that aim to make executive pay at public companies more transparent while limiting independent directors’ tenures in a bid to improve governance.
