J&K: Zoo authorities make special arrangements for deer to combat cold in Udhampur

Zoo authorities at Tanday Rakh and Mantalai Deer Park in Udhampur, J&K have made special arrangements to keepthe deer warm. Special winter food arrangements along with regular medical check-ups are being done for the deer. Deer are being served special fodder along with green grass. Udhampur Wildlife Range Officer Rakesh Sharma said, “There are a total of 34 deer in our rescue park. We are providing them with special winter food and also conducting medical check-ups for them from time to time. We are making all kinds of arrangements to keep them warm.”
