Locals create ruckus after rat & lizard found in mid-day meal in West Bengal school

KOLKATA: Locals created a ruckus after a dead rat and lizard were found in the mid-day meal served at Sahurgachi Bidyanandapur primary school in West Bengal’s Malda district on Wednesday.

"The case of dead lizard & rat found in mid-day meal has come to our notice. Strict action will be taken against those who are responsible for it," news agency ANI quoted Malda DM Nitin Singhania as saying.
