Supreme Court to take up Google's plea against NCLAT Order

As per the latest news on Mirror Now, Google's plea against the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order has been taken up by the Supreme Court where the Court is said to take up the Google plea by Friday. Google seeks a stay on Rs.1,338 Cr penalty. Google ordered to pay penalty by January 19.
