Vadodara: Two students from Vadodara featured in the Top 50 nationally as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) declared the results of the chartered accountants (CA) final and intermediate examinations of old and new courses on Tuesday. The exams were held in November 2022.

Palash, who secured 568, had started preparing for CA course right after class 12. “I had started pursuing CA along with BCom which I cleared from MS University’s Faculty of Commerce in 2021. Now, I have cleared my CA final exam in the first attempt,” said Palash.
“I am now looking forward to a job opportunity in investment banking or getting equity research profile,” said Palash, whose father Anoop Mittal is an engineer while his mother Rakhi is a homemaker.
For Kushal Purohit, it was the third time that he bagged an All India Rank. Kushal had bagged AIR 29 in CA foundation level, AIR 25 in CA intermediate level and on Tuesday, he secured AIR 50 in CA final exam.
“I completed my BCom from MSU’s Faculty of Commerce in 2021. I want to become an IAS officer for which I will start preparing for UPSC exams,” said Kushal, whose father Ratansinh Rajpurohit is in the catering business while his mother Champaben is a homemaker.
