LIP councillor Bitta joins AAP

Ludhiana: Ahead of MC elections, Lok Insaaf Party councillor Kuldeep Singh Bitta from ward number 38 joined the Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday in the presence of AAP MLA from Atam Nagar constituency Kulwant Sidhu. Earlier, Youth leader Gagandeep Sunny Kainth had also left LIP and joined BJP.
Bitta after joining the party said, “I want to work for the welfare of society and AAp government is doing good for poor people. MLA Sidhu is just like a brother to me and I will like to work with him.”
LIP chief Simarjit Singh Bains is in custody on alleged charges of rape. TNN
