The NSE Nifty index traded 25.65 points up at 17939.8, while BSE Sensex was up 122.72 points at 60238.2 as of 10:50AM(IST)on January 11.
In the Nifty index, .(up 2.04 per cent), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(up 1.89 per cent), .(up 1.57 per cent), .(up 1.36 per cent) and .(up 1.26 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, .(down 3.32 per cent), .(down 2.58 per cent), .(down 1.63 per cent), .(down 1.29 per cent) and Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.09 per cent) were among the top losers.
