Godrej Properties shares down 0.27% as Nifty drops

NEW DELHI: Shares of . traded 0.27 per cent down in Tuesday's trade at 10:46AM (IST). Around 2,441 shares changed hands on the counter.

The counter opened at Rs 1216.75 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 1229.0 and Rs 1211.8, respectively, in the session so far. The stock of Godrej Properties Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 2012.7 and a 52-week low of Rs 1130.2.

Total market cap of the Godrej Properties Ltd. stood at Rs 33793.45 crore at the time of writing this report.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 369.2 crore for the quarter ended 30-Sep-2022, down 13.41 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 426.4 crore and down 10.47 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 334.22 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 54.96 crore, up 53.86 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.

Shareholding pattern
As of 30-Sep-2022, DIIs held 2.67 per cent stake in the company, while foreign institutional investors held 29.94 per cent and the promoters 58.48 per cent.

According to BSE data, the stock traded at a P/E multiple of 84.5 and a price-to-book ratio of 5.36.
