One more held in ₹14L robbery case

Kanpur: The police, on Sunday, arrested one more person in connection with the robbery of Rs 14 lakh at the house of a mobile phone shopkeeper in Keshavpuram area, recently.
The police have identified the arrested as Dharamveer (22) of Sardar Purwa Jogin Dera in Mangalpur area of Kanpur Dehat district.The robbery had taken place in the Keshavpuram house of Mobile phone shopkeeper -Kamlesh Sharma on December 17 night, wherein five armed robbers had barged and held his wife, and their two minor children hostage and robbed cash and valuables worth Rs 14 lakh.

Kamlesh had claimed that the robbers took away jewellery worth Rs 12 lakh and Rs 2 lakh in cash, and other valuables from his house.
