What Nitish Kumar said in front women was 'sadak-chhaap' language: Sushil Modi

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar at an event in Bihar's Vaishali on January 7 said “If women will be educated, only then the population will decrease... If a woman is educated, she understands everything.” Calling out men over their lack of concerns regarding the population, the CM also blamed men for not contributing to population decrease. He said "men do not think about it much and keep on populating." BJP MP Sushil Modi said that this is a sexist remark and it is not apt for a CM to say such things. He alleged that Nitish Kumar's lagunage was 'sadak-chhaap' and does not befit a person holding CM's office. He also demanded that CM should apologise for his remarks.
