CM inspects Tent City, reviews arrangements

Varanasi: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inspected the Tent City on Sunday ahead of its formal inauguration scheduled on January 13.
The CM reached Ravidas Park, where after garlanding the statue of Sant Ravidas he boarded the cruise for reaching opposite bank of the Ganga for inspection of the tent city created on sand bed. The CM reviewed the arrangements being made to facilitate visitors and also discussed it with officials.
Later, CM Yogi visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple to offer prayers from where he reached a night shelter of the Varanasi Municipal Corporation. At the night shelter, the CM interacted with people staying there and took their feedback on arrangements and facilities available there. He also issued strict instructions to the officials to ensure that no helpless or needy person stays in open in harsh cold conditions.
