Uttarakhand's Joshimath declared a disaster-prone area, Centre to take stock: Chamoli DM Himanshu Khurana

Speaking on the Joshimath land subsidence, the District Magistrate of Chamoli, Himanshu Khurana, on January 09, said that Joshimath had been declared a disaster-prone area. Two teams of Central government, including a team from Jal Shakti Ministry, would be arriving at the location.
