The much-awaited grand finale of Bigg Boss Marathi 4, hosted by Mahesh Manjrekar, has concluded on a high note. Hindi television actor Akshay Kelkar has emerged as the winner of the fourth edition of the reality TV series.

Akshay Kelkar lifted the trophy of the show and received prize money of Rs. 15,55,000, a gold necklace set from the sponsors. Akshay got also 5 lakh Rs from the sponsors for being the 'Best Captain' of the house


Apurva Nemlekar and Akshay Kelkar became the top 2 finalists of the show. Apurva Nemlekar became the first runner and Kiran Mane emerged as the second runner of the show. Amruta Dhongade was the fourth contestant who got evicted and Rakhi Sawant walked out of the door with the briefcase of 9 lahks Rs.
Talking about the winner, Akshay Kelkar, he rose to fame with the TV show Nima Denzongpa. He became the 'strongest' player in Bigg Boss Marathi 4 house. His strong performance has been commendable in BB house.

Akshay entered the house 3 months ago as one of the most popular contestants in the season. He has been in the headlines for her controversial fights and statements in the house. He was also known as the 'Angry young man' in the show.


Akshay became one of the most slammed contestants in the house by host Mahesh Manjrekar. Majorly he was called out for getting into physical fights. Mahesh had also said that 'Akshay has a superiority complex' in the show. Sometimes Mahesh had also praised him for being the 'fair' player in the house.
