Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati to file petition regarding the ongoing Joshimath land subsidence issue

A petition will be filed in Supreme Court by Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati and his disciples regarding the Josimath land subsidence issue. While speaking to ANI, Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati said that they will be filing a petition in the supreme court and then it will be on the court to hear the matter and give direction regarding the same. “We are filing petition in SC pertaining to urgency of Joshimath land subsidence issue. Now, it’s on court how soon they’ll hear and give direction. Over 500 houses have developed cracks. It should be analysed and people should be assured of safety,” said Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati.
