24-hour delayed flight triggers ruckus at Jaipur airport

America-bound passengers created a ruckus at Jaipur airport on January 05 after they got stranded at Jaipur airport for over 24 hours due to bad weather. The director of Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport Amritsar V K Seth said that the flight was supposed to arrive on January 04 but was diverted to Jaipur due to poor weather conditions. “A flight of Neos Airline comes here every Wednesday from Milan. It was supposed to arrive on January 4 but due to bad weather conditions it was diverted to Jaipur,” said Director of Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport Amritsar V K Seth. He also said, “Passengers were informed about it and they were offered hotel accommodation but they denied it and continued to stay at airport. 3-time meals and necessary arrangements were made for them. It was supposed to come on Jan 5 from Jaipur but got delayed by 1 hour.”Further he added, “Some passengers got upset with it and there was for around 30 minutes. They were told that the flight is coming and they should not worry as the weather conditions are also fine. All passengers safely boarded the flight.”
