BJP is anti-poor, don't want caste census to happen: Tejashwi Yadav

Caste-based survey will start in Bihar from today. Bihar deputy chief minister said that it will give a scientific data so that budget and social welfare schemes can be made accordingly. BJP is anti-poor and don't want the caste census to happen, he added.
