Dixit further said that the court has given clear orders that only the family members of Khushi will be able to file the bail bond, after filing, the bail bond will go for verification.
The Supreme Court had on Wednesday granted conditional bail to Khushi, widow of Amar Dubey, an accused in Kanpur’s Bikru case.
Khushi was made an accused in 17 cases including murder and conspiracy. On Wednesday, while granting the bail to Khushi, the Supreme Court said that she was only 17 years old at the time of the incident. Trial has started in the case, so there is no justification for keeping her in jail.
