Warehouses will likely draw a disproportionate share of investor funds this year due to burgeoning demand from manufacturers and third-party logistics (3PL) companies.

A total of 45 million square feet of grade A warehouses have been leased in the top 7 cities in 2022, and it’s expected to reach 50 million square feet by the end of 2023, said Cushman and Wakefield.
