3 nabbed for assaulting SI in Kaushambi

Prayagraj: Three persons have been arrested by Kaushambi police for allegedly attacking and assaulting a sub-inspector at Arka Fatehpur village under the limits of Karari police station of Kaushambi on Monday night. The police team was attacked by miscreants when they had gone to check illegal constructions.
Police said a sub-inspector Sujeet Kumar sustained injuries after miscreants had pelted with with stones. Additional police pickets have been deployed in the area to maintain peace.
