Port Huron police are investigating an unarmed robbery at the 10th Street Walgreens this morning.

Lt. James Gilbert said the incident was called in about 9:50 a.m. at the pharmacy and store, located in the 1600 block of 10th.

Although they were not armed, he said two males, one white and the other Black, allegedly "forcefully took money from the teller or the cashier" before fleeing the scene north on foot.

It was not yet clear how much money was taken.

"The investigative division is currently investigating, and the assistant chief will probably be doing a press release at a later time," Gilbert said. "We're still kind of putting it all together."

The parking lot to the Walgreens on 10th was briefly blocked following the incident.

More information was not immediately available.
