Cold waves continue to grip Kanpur

With the temperature further dropping in northern India, Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur continued to witness increasing cold waves in the city on January 03. A thick blanket of fog engulfed the city. People lit bonfires to keep themselves warm. Normal life hit out of gear due to dense fog.
