IRCTC shares gain 0.53% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Indian Railway Catering & . traded at Rs 645.65 on BSE at 11:22AM (IST) on Tuesday, up 0.53 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 557.0 and a high of Rs 918.3.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 57.82 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 11.18 per share and 6.58 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 53,231 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:22AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 51704.0 crore and is part of the Travel Agen. / Tourism Deve. / Amusement Park / Catering industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 22.38 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 8.77 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 654.3 and Rs 644.55.
