Swamiji fine, says ashram, but devotees come anyway
Vijayapura: Thousands of devotees thronged Jnanayogashrama on Wednesday after news spread about the supposed failing health of Siddheshwar Swamiji.
Earlier, Basavalinga Swamiji, the president of Jnanayogashrama, had issued a bulletin in the morning that Siddheshwar Swamiji was doing well and devotees need not listen to speculations about his health.
“The devotees can have his darshan at 1pm in the ashram,” he said.
Ashram authorities arranged a public darshan for the devotees.
Siddheshwar Swamiji was brought before the crowd of devotees.
Many seers and leaders spoke and wished for his health and long life.
Devotees raised slogans for the Swamiji who in turn wished them with folded hands.
Education minister BC Nagesh and council chairman Basavaraj Horatti visited the ashram and asked about the health of Siddheshwar Swamiji.
