Stock market update: Fertilisers stocks down as market falls

NEW DELHI: Fertilisers stocks were trading lower on Thursday at 10:14AM

Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(up 7.81%), Aries Agro(up 5.93%), Agro Phos(up 3.30%), Bohra Industries(up 1.75%), KRISHANA(up 1.50%) and Sikko Industries(up 0.82%) were among the top gainers.

Southern Petrochemicals Industries(down 3.17%), National Fertilizer(down 2.47%), G S F C(down 2.32%), Fertilizers (down 2.11%), & Petrochemicals(down 1.69%), & Fertilizers(down 1.63%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 1.34%), ZUARIAGRO(down 1.31%), Madras Fertlizers(down 1.20%) and & Fertilizers(down 0.84%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 120.7 points down at 18001.8, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 389.86 points at 60520.42 at around 10:14AM.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 0.76%), Tata Steel(up 0.68%) and Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 0.29%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Tata Motors(down 1.7%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 1.56%), Grasim Industries(down 1.49%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(down 1.45%), Hindalco Industries(down 1.41%), Eicher Motors(down 1.32%), HDFC(down 1.22%), UltraTech Cement(down 1.22%), & Special Economic Zone(down 1.15%) and Bajaj Auto(down 1.08%) were trading in the red.
