In another move indicating generational transition in Bihar’s ruling coalition, deputy chief minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav will attend the National Ganga Council meeting, scheduled to be chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Kolkata on December 30. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has decided to skip the 'Namami Gange' event.
