Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on December 25 convinced Madhya Pradesh’s Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar to wear ‘Chappals’ (slippers) after two months of silent protest. The Minister vowed not to wear footwear until the roads in his constituency not repaired. He is an MLA from the Gwalior Constituency. Jyotiraditya Scindia was attending a program in Gwalior on the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihar Vajpayee and met Pradyuman Singh Tomar. During an inspection on December 20, the MP Minister found that roads in his constituency were in bad condition.
