Bokaro celebrates with pomp and gaiety

Bokaro: Steel City wore a festive look on Sunday on the occasion of Christmas as many headed to churches for customary prayers and celebration which was held with pomp and gaiety.
“Christmas fills our mind with joy. This festival is not only for Christians, but for all,” said Manikant Dhan while celebrating Christmas with his family.
Apart from Saint Mary's Church, City Church, Chas, Balidih Church, Sector 4 of Bokaro, other churches were decorated with lights. Celebration was also organised at Saint Mary's Church Sector 4. Father Niranjan Kujur said that Lord Jesus appeared on earth to free people from sin. “The Lord had said that God resides in the heart of one who loves others,” he said.
Father Arun Min said that the person who surrenders himself in love, the Lord makes him his own. “Hate can be conquered with love. Lord Jesus teaches goodness and forgiveness. Even an enemy can be made one's own through forgiveness. The ideal of God should be imbibed,” he said. Divy Khare
