AAP blames MCC for woman’s fall

Mangaluru: The AAP has demanded “justice” for the woman, who had fallen into a trench dug by the side of a footpath. Precilla Pereira,57, is undergoing treatment in an ICU at a private hospital.
“This incident has taken place because of the negligence of the Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC). Neither officials, nor the people’s representatives have met the woman and offered any compensation yet,” Dakshina Kannada AAP district president Santhosh Kamath alleged. tnn
