Coaching centre may have had a link to leak in Udaipur
Jaipur: The Udaipur police were examining the role of a coaching owner in the senior teachers' recruitment exam paper leak, sources said. An official said that one of the main suspects arrested on Saturday, Suresh Vishnoi, may have been helped by a coaching centre’s owner in procuring exam papers.
“He (Vishnoi) is posted as a headmaster at a school in Jalore. He also has connections in Jaipur. We suspect that he was in constant touch with a coaching centre owner and may have taken the question paper from him,” said an official. The police said that they were probing Vishnoi’s Jaipur connections to unearth who first stole the question paper and sent it to him.
Also under the scanner are other aides of Vishnoi. “The accused was posted as headmaster in a government school. It is likely that he was in touch with a lot of staff that worked in a school where exam papers may have been stored for the exams,” said an official. The police said that the first point of investigation now is to zero in on the accused who leaked the question paper before the exam.
