Prayagraj provincial unit’s Bharat Jodo Yatra ends in Kashi

Varanasi: As a part of the ongoing ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, the 10-day yatra carried out by the Prayagraj provincial unit led by its president Ajay Rai concluded in Varanasi on Thursday.
Starting from the Sangam City on December 11, the yatra passed through Kaushambi, Pratapgarh, Amethi, Sultanpur, Jaunpur, Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Chandauli, and Ghazipur before reaching Varanasi.
The local Congressmen welcomed the yatra in Varanasi, where it passed through Pandeypur, Hukulganj, Lahurabir, Maidagin, Jangambadi, Assi. In the entire yatra, about 200 state yatris continued to travel in each district. Besides, the local Congressmen participated in the yatra in all the districts through which the yatra passed.
