Irfan Solanki second bail plea rejected

Kanpur: Samajwadi party MLA Irfan Solanki and his brother -Rizwan Solanki suffered another setback on Thursday when the district judge Kanpur Nagar Sandeep Jain rejected their bail application in an arson case which took place in Jajmau area on November 7.
This is his second bail application which was rejected in two days. The district judge had rejected his bail application in air travel after fabricating Aadhar card. One Nazir Fatima of Jajmau locality had lodged a report against Irfan Splanki, his brother Rizwan Solanki and others accusing them of setting her hut on fire in a bid to grab her plot.
According to advocate counsel for Nazir Fatima Prachi Srivastava, the counsel for Solanki had pleaded about delay in the FIR, hence it was a fabricated case. She had countered it saying that a written report was given to the police on November 7 but the police had registered the case on November 8 after primary investigation. Therefore there was no delay in the lodging of FIR. The police took every step after cross checking all the aspects of the incident. tnn
