Fact check: Sidhu Moose Wala's parents have not authorized the late singer's metaverse concert
After Sidhu Moose Wala's unfortunate death, many regional, national, and international artists paid him tribute in their concerts. At the same time, many organizations also announced concerts of the late singer in his memory, but not all of them have been authorized by Sidhu Moose Wala’s parents.

For instance, recently, reports of Sidhu Moose Wala’s metaverse tribute concert were doing the rounds. Even the tickets were put up for sale for the said concert, but now reports have come out that the musical concert in question has not been authorized by Sidhu Moose Wala’s parents.


According to the reports, Sidhu Moose Wala’s management head has spoken to a news portal regarding the metaverse concert. He said that Sidhu’s parents have not authorized the concert and the audience is advised not to buy tickets for the same from any source.

After Sidhu’s death, Sidhu Moose Wala’s parents authorized any and every content of the late singer. They didn’t want Sidhu’s name to fall prey to the hands of those who wish to use it only for making money. Therefore, they urged everyone to seek permission from them before using any of his unreleased songs or any content for that matter.

  • <p>Sandy Joia is a Punjabi producer from the music world, and he used Sidhu Moose Wala’s lyrics for his song ‘Kyu Ni Dekhda’. Sidhu and Sandy became really good friends and didn’t even realize when their professional bond turned personal. “We were like brothers. I never saw a person as genuine and humble as Sidhu. He always had everyone’s best interests in his heart and was never interested in any gossip. For him it was just him, the truth, and his music; that is all that mattered. And I am glad that music brought the two of us together as well,” said Sandy Joia.<br /></p><p>Last year on Sidhu Moose Wala’s birthday, Sandy and his team even distributed free food to the needy. A small reel of their noble act was shared on Sidhu’s official page as well.</p>

They were broken in pieces, yet performed all rituals, and attended everyone who came to pay their last respects. It was a heartbreaking sight,” said Sandy Joia.</p>
