Shraddha Walkar murder case: 'Aftab Pooanawala's lawyer should first stand for humanity'

Chargesheet not filed yet but Aftab Pooanawala's bail application filed. Aftab denied giving permission to his advocate to file for bail. His advocate should have stood for humanity first & then for a criminal. However,today he withdrew the bail application, said Seema Kushwaha, Shraddha Walkar's father Vikas Walkar's advocate. Poonawala appeared before the court through video-conferencing and said he wished to withdraw the bail application which was filed before the court on December 15. Poonawala's private advocate M S Khan informed the court that the bail application was moved because of "miscommunication" between him and the accused.
