Rebellion in Jharkhand Congress: Dissenters hold ‘Save Congress’ meeting

Senior Congress leaders in Jharkhand have declared a rebellion against state party president Rajesh Thakur. The dissenters say that Rajesh Thakur was the choice of RPN Singh who shifted allegiance to the BJP. The leaders leading the dissent say that Rajesh Thakur is following the agenda of the BJP and is weakening the Congress. The rebellion is being led by party’s general secretaries Alok Dubey and Dr Rajesh Gupta.
