Head constable dies of cardiac arrest

Mangaluru: A head constable attached to the Kavoor police station, died due to cardiac arrest, in the early hours of Thursday. The deceased is Hanumantha Lamani,38, from Lavaleshwara in Bagalkot. According to police, he had been to his hometown, when the incident happened. He has been with the Kavoor police station for more than a year.
A 2008 batch constable, he also served in the Mangaluru Traffic North police station. He is survived by his wife and three children.tnn
