Godrej Properties declines 0.96% as Sensex slides

Shares of . traded at Rs 1299.4 on BSE at 12:07PM (IST) on Friday, down 0.96 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1130.2 and a high of Rs 2041.85.

Earlier, the stock saw a gap down opening in the morning.

A total of 12,906 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 12:07PM (IST).

The stock of Godrej Properties Ltd. commanded a market value of Rs 36240.03 crore, according to BSE.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 90.62, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 5.36. Return on equity (ROE) was at 4.06 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 118 stocks traded in the green, while 382 stocks were in the red.

The stock's beta value, which measures volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.27.

Promoters held 58.37 per cent in Godrej Properties Ltd. as of 30-Sep-2022 while foreign and domestic institutional investors owned 27.73 per cent and 2.71 per cent, respectively.
