Musical weekend awaiting Chennai Metro Rail commuters

CHENNAI: On The Streets of Chennai will perform live music sessions at metro stations and in metro trains as part of the Awe50me weekend. CMRL is organising the event.
On December 17, commuters can catch the performances at stations- Airport (10-11am), Guindy (11.45am- 1pm), Nandanam (2.15pm-3.15pm), Thousand Lights (4pm-5pm), Mannadi (6-6.30pm), Central (6-9.30pm), St Thomas Mount (10-11am), Ashok Nagar (11.45am-1pm), CMBT (2.15pm-3.15pm) and Tirumangalam (4-5pm).
On the same day, commuters can watch the performance in a train from Wimco Nagar to Airport from 7pm to 8.30pm and in a train from Central to St Thomas Mount between 7pm and 8pm.
On December 18, the lives performance will take place at stations Wimco Nagar (10.30 – 11.15am), Washermenpet (12 – 1pm), LIC (2.15 – 3 pm), Alandur (3.45 –4.30pm), Airport (5.15 – 6.30pm), Alandur (10 –11 am), Vadapalani (11.45 – 12.30pm), Koyambedu (1.15 – 2pm), Shenoy Nagar (2.45 –3.30 pm) and Nehru Park (4 – 5 pm).
On Sunday, the performance will also take place in a train from Airport to Wimco Nagar between 8.30am and 9.30am and in a train from Central to St Thomas Mount between 5.45pm and 6.45pm.
